Abiding When You Don't Know

A 40-Day Journey of Making Decisions and Walking into the Unknown with God

What if you don't need to know exactly what comes next to move forward with God?

There are moments when you desperately want an answer. You want to know which decision is right, whether you're taking the right path, and what will happen when you take the next step. Uncertainty can leave you stuck, constantly second-guessing yourself, or trying to control an outcome you were never meant to carry. But what if the invitation isn't to figure everything out before you move? What if it's to learn how to walk with God while you don't know?

‘Abiding When You Don't Know’ is a 40-day journey through the questions, decisions, and uncertainty that come with living an ordinary life with God. Through Scripture, reflection, practical activities, and prayer, you'll learn to bring your whole decision to God, seek wisdom without demanding certainty, recognize what is yours to do, release what you cannot control, and keep moving forward when the road ahead isn't clear.

As you move through these forty days, you'll begin to shift from “I have to figure this out” to “I can walk with God through this.” You'll learn that you can make thoughtful decisions without knowing every outcome, experience uncertainty without assuming God is absent, and take the next faithful step without having the whole path mapped out.

The goal isn't to become someone who always knows what to do. It's to become someone who knows how to walk with God when you don't. You don't need to guarantee the outcome. You don't even need to feel completely ready. You can learn to listen, choose, move, adjust, return—and keep walking with God.

You don't know what comes next, but you know Who is with you.

Whole Before God: Living Fully with God Without Losing Yourself

You don’t have to lose yourself to follow God. But many people have learned to.
Somewhere along the way, faith can begin to feel like pushing past your limits instead of walking in wisdom, performing instead of relating, and staying present for everyone else while quietly disappearing within. You keep showing up. You keep saying yes. You keep trying to be faithful. But something in you starts to feel distant.

Whole Before God is an invitation back. Not to self-focus, and not to self-protection, but to a life where you are no longer leaving yourself behind in your relationship with God.

Through Scripture-based teaching and deeply practical insight, this book helps you recognize patterns of self-abandonment hidden in spiritual language and begin to heal the reflex to overextend, people-please, and disconnect from your own inner life. You will learn how to bring your thoughts, emotions, and awareness into your walk with God, understand boundaries as acts of faithfulness rather than selfishness, and begin living fully present—without losing yourself again.

You don’t need to become someone new. You are being invited into wholeness.
A life where you are present, aligned, and walking with God—without disappearing in the process.

Praying in the Spirit: A 40-Day Devotional to Deepen Your Prayer Life and Walk with the Holy Spirit

What if prayer wasn’t something you had to figure out alone? Many believers quietly struggle with prayer—knowing what to say, staying consistent, or feeling like their prayers are effective. Over time, prayer can begin to feel more like pressure than connection. But Scripture reveals a different reality: you were given the Holy Spirit to help you pray.

Praying in the Spirit: A 40-Day Devotional to Deepen Your Prayer Life and Walk with the Holy Spirit is a guided journey into a deeper, more peaceful, and Spirit-led prayer life. This devotional is designed to help you move beyond striving and into relationship—learning to pray with awareness, trust, and consistency in partnership with the Holy Spirit.

Each day includes Scripture, reflection, and practical guidance that helps you:
• Release pressure and performance in prayer
• Understand the Holy Spirit’s role as your Helper
• Learn to pray even when you don’t have the words
• Develop a lifestyle of ongoing connection with God
This is not about perfection or spiritual performance. It is about learning to remain connected to God in a real and practical way—through every season, emotion, and moment of life.

Provision: Seeing, Receiving, Resting in God is a 30-day devotional designed to gently shift that perspective and bring you back into awareness of God’s faithful care in every season of your life.
This journey is not about striving harder to believe God provides. It is about learning to recognize that He already has.
Through Scripture-based reflections and guided daily practices, you will be led through three transformational movements:
  • You will learn to SEE—recognizing God’s provision in ways you may have overlooked, even in the ordinary and unnoticed parts of life.
  • You will learn to RECEIVE—releasing control, pressure, and striving so you can trust how God provides instead of how you expect Him to.
  • And you will learn to REST—entering a deeper place of peace where provision is no longer something you chase, but something you live from.
God has been providing more than you realize.
And He is still providing today.

This "Evidence of God's Provision Tracker" is a quick printable document with five different ways to track provision. You can print out as many pages as you need to while you gather evidence of God’s provision in your life. Feel free to start your own journal or provision notebook as well.

Self-Published Books from 2015-2018
As I delved into the New Age/Spirituality and Personal Growth movements from 2008-2018, I wrote four books in an attempt to share what I learned with the world. Most books are personal accounts of learning how to live in the now and love my body as I was designed. One book is strictly about New-Age Beliefs (The Human Experience).

Picture
“Thank You Yesterday and So Long Tomorrow: A Guide for Living in the Now” details the process of conscious thought where one becomes mindful of their thoughts in order to assist with letting go of the past by appreciating it, and letting go of worrying about the future by overcoming our fears.  This book takes a mindfulness approach to the process of thought and emotion, focusing on taking one’s power back in order to live more peacefully in this moment.

About 'Thank You Yesterday'
Picture
“The Human Experience: Life as We (Don’t Really) Know It” details the journey of the human being in the holographic matrix we call reality as soul contracts are fulfilled and the human condition is transcended through experiences.
We can become conscious creators of our individual realities once we realize we have the power to do so. Use this book as a tool to assist your journey by choosing your experiences and playing the game of life to its fullest.

"The Fuzzy Leg Experiment: How I Grew to Love Myself in Two Years" details a two-year journey into self-discovery as I stopped shaving my legs (among other things) in order to figure out why I cared so much about what other people thought of me and to help get over my fears. By going deep into discomfort, I discovered what it truly means to love oneself and I offer strategies for everyone to get there too without having to do it this way.

About 'The Fuzzy Leg Experiment'
Picture
We all need a reminder about how awesome we are sometimes. Loving ourselves is our best gift we can give the world by showing everyone how to do it. I was missing the intimacy and connection of little love notes in my life and so I decided to write everything I've ever wanted to hear on little cards and put them in a fancy wooden box. These notes reminded me to change my thoughts about myself, take better care of myself, and to love myself more and more each day.

Love Notes to Self: Open in Case of Forgetting (PREVIEW)
We all need a reminder about how awesome we are sometimes. Loving ourselves is our best gift we can give the world by showing everyone how to do it.

If there is one major thing I've learned on my journey of self-love, it's that you already are what you think is missing in your life. If you feel like you need love, love yourself first. If you feel like you need peace and understanding, give yourself the compassion you deserve. If you've been craving intimacy and connection then you can even give that to yourself. You are more powerful than you think you are and you can give yourself the love you know you deserve. I gave myself what I thought was missing with these little love-notes-to-self that changed my life, and I want to share them with you.

The ABCs of Worthiness: Affirmations for Positive Living
This 14-page mini-eBook is a result of a powerful self-reflection session where I discovered that I had been self-sabotaging every good thing that had happened to me for the past twenty-some years. Why would anyone do this to themselves? Because I lacked the self-worth to realize that I deserved those good things.

The ABCs of Worthiness is a list of affirmations and reminders to assist the mind’s re-programming into believing we are worthy again….worthy of love, respect, happiness and worthy of all good things from everyone around us and the universe itself. If any of these affirmations make you feel uneasy, or you find that they are difficult to say out loud, then this tells you where you do not yet hold the belief inside where you believe you are worthy of that.
