These are not your cookie-cutter coloring books. They are hand-crafted with intention.
I have been inspired over the years by the Zentangle movement in art and I want to share that with you here. I have also found daily affirmations, or reminders, to be beneficial in my daily life because I often forget how amazing I am, and having an inspirational note by my desk or on the bathroom mirror or on the fridge assists me.
These coloring books are not just for adults, and not just for kids. Both adults and children can benefit from coloring as a meditative practice, creative outlet, and overall fun activity. Use these words and phrases to inspire you in your daily activities.

Not only do I get to read the beautiful quotes but I get to sit back and do a bit of meditation while coloring in the pictures. I have looked at tons of other books like this and while they are very tidy and put together well via computer graphics this book offers its unique gifts not only in words but by the time the author took to create each and every page.
